About

Robert Santos is the Founding Attorney of the Santos Firm PLLC based out of South Florida. Although born right outside of Chicago, Illinois, Robert’s roots in Florida have stretched from his move to Orlando in 2000 to the present day where he resides in Miami. Upon graduation from the University of Miami School of Law, Robert started his own practice under the principle that all individuals and corporations with legal business needs should be represented by a reliable and resourceful attorney who strives to exceed all expectations. Robert, however, is not entirely new to the practice of law in regards to immigration and business. At the University of Miami, Robert spent two semesters working for the law school’s Immigration Clinic assisting with the logistical needs and applications for a client's asylum interview before USCIS and successfully appeared before a federal immigration judge. In his final year, Robert focused on sharpening his business savvy by serving and advising young Miami startups with their contractual needs.

With an ambition to spread his signature work-ethic to all corners of the U.S. and beyond, Robert practices his foreign languages regularly in order to better communicate with others no matter where they call home. He aims to add Portuguese and Mandarin to the roster in the near future.

Robert also created the “Schedule a Business Lunch” program at THE SANTOS FIRM PLLC because he believes that sharing a meal with a client is conducive to a better collaborative relationship between attorney and client.   

When Robert is not behind his desk working or out-and-about networking, he is managing his online presence by providing informational videos and clips with valuable content aimed for all audiences with a desire to start a business in the U.S., to self-improve their networking game; to raise their value with their employer.
